Allie fills the roles of interactive developer, Flash expert, web developer, and principal cat lap provider for the office cat, Sandy.

Prior to returning to CXD in 2004, Allie spent four years working with Ross Culbert & Lavery, a boutique design firm based in Manhattan. While at RCL, Allie worked with clients such as AT&T, Proskauer Rose, Kelley Drye & Warren and Lehman Brothers. She was responsible for creating online applications, interactive presentations, CD-Roms and DVDs. The collaborative atmosphere meant she was also involved in the creation of marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional items. In addition, she became quite proficient at navigating the NYC subway and dodging speeding cabs.

After four years of sirens, horns, and rush hour subway rides, Allie decided to return to the company she co-founded five years earlier. Her strong design and Flash programming skills bring a unique flavor to our work. Allie works closely with clients to ensure that the finished product clearly and cleanly communicates the desired message. Her work has been awarded the RX Club Award of Excellence, Best of the Web Award, and a Golden Web Award.

Born and raised in the South, she is the only non-native Jersian on the management team and brings a different perspective and culture to the CXD family. When not buried elbow deep in Flash Action Script, Allie can be found SCUBA Diving, working out with CXD's own Resident Fitness Celebrity, or traveling west to hike in the Pocono Mountains.

Allie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Digital Art, Go 'Heels!
