Besides being social media savvy and mobile-minded, your skills will include experience with HTML5, and proficiency in HTML/CSS2, performing jQuery/javascript magic, and rich interfaces (perhaps inside the CMS of the month) wherever needed for stunning, cutting-edge front-ends. You know the bugs and ‘gotchas’ present in older browsers and can code around them, plus you can execute tableless design. You also know the value of proper semantic page architecture and understand how it impacts search engines. Conversion matters, so we want you to help us win when we execute on the web. And we also do tablets, kiosks and mobile devices so we assume you recognize the importance of scalable interfaces.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience specifically in front-end development
- Must be able to demonstrate clear ability to follow specifications and document code
- Ability to communicate professionally both written and spoken English
- Ability to take direction and contribute constructively in open discussion
