The Atlantus: This concrete ship was built during the steel shortage of World War I and served her country for one year. She was later purchased by a salvage company to serve as a ferry between Cape May, NJ and Lewes, DE. She broke free from her mooring during a storm and sunk on June 8th, 1926. Exit 1.

Hans Kaspersetz Selected to Join the POA Board of Directors for a Second Year

Hans Kaspersetz has accepted a nomination to the Property Owner’s Association of New Jersey Board of Directors for a second year. Hans is currently serving as a One Year Director. He advises the POA on internet and interactive initiatives. Hans has also presented on the Land Lord Tool Kit at the POA’s general meetings.

The POA exists to bring together owners and operators of residential real estate, interested persons, and related industry personnel for educational and information sharing purposes.
