Ross O'Shea is the newest member of the Cyber X Designs team. As Creative Director, he works with clients to develop clear, focused design strategies aimed at enhancing user experiences while also building intuitive user interfaces and meeting client's needs.
Ross brings an entrepreneurial spirit to each project. He takes the time to get to know clients and ask probing questions about their goals. This helps Ross visualize what each client wants, as well as what they need, and then apply that information to the design. As Ross explains, "Design and layout should always be guided by the goals we want to achieve. It's about giving clients what they want, while also directing them to what they need."
Focusing on client's needs in this way enables Ross to uncover additional opportunities within their niche, including the use of social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, and FourSquare.
Prior to joining Cyber X Designs, Ross served as Interactive Art Director for Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide and worked with clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Merk, Bristol-Meyers Squib, Allergen, and Astra Zeneca.

Ross is an official social media contributor for the New Jersey Devils. Serving as part of the organization's "Mission Control" – their social media monitoring initiative – Ross integrates blogging, Facebook, and Twitter promotions for the team. He also writes his own blog, Generation Interactive, for post-graduate and young designers.
Ross earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Rowan University, where he specialized in Graphic Design.
